30-Day Return Eligibility Window
All eligible items qualify for returns or exchanges within 30 calendar days of your purchase date. Once the 30-day window expires, refunds and exchanges will no longer be available.
Eligibility Rules for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for return or exchange:
- The aircraft weathervane must be unused, undamaged, and in the original condition you received it.
- The product must be sent back in its complete original packaging.
- No scratches, rust, stains or signs of outdoor installation.
Non-Returnable Items
All discounted, promotional, pre-ordered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact our support team first via service@scrbay.com.
Kindly attach clear photos of the issue and order details in your email. We will respond to your request within 3–5 business days.
We will cover all return shipping fees for issues caused by our warehouse or manufacturing errors.
Customer-Initiated Returns
If you wish to return the item for personal reasons (change of mind, incorrect style selection, etc.):
- A 10% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returned goods.
- You are fully responsible for all outbound return shipping charges. Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs vary based on your chosen courier service.
Important Customs Notice for Returns
All return shipments must be shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). We will not cover any import duties, customs fees or customs processing charges for returned parcels. If customs charges are incurred upon arrival at our warehouse, we reserve the right to reject the package, and it will be sent back to you at your cost.
