All scrbay orders will be processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.
Important Customs Notice
All international shipments are subject to import duties and taxes set by local customs authorities.
These customs fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost, and scrbay bears no responsibility for any import-related charges. All duties and taxes must be covered by the package recipient.
Our parcels are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. If you refuse or fail to claim your package due to unpaid customs fees, the courier will dispose of the goods automatically, and no refunds will be issued for such orders.

Returned Packages Policy
If your parcel is sent back to our logistics warehouse due to an invalid address or failed delivery, a re-delivery fee of $3.99 will apply if you request reshipment.
- If the package is returned solely because of an incorrect shipping address, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- If your order is returned as unclaimed, undeliverable or refused by you, we will process a partial refund minus the initial shipping expense.

Shipping times are estimated values provided by our courier partners. scrbay cannot be held liable for delays that occur after the package leaves our warehouse. Hold-ups may occasionally arise from uncontrollable logistics issues, and we will always assist you to resolve any delivery concerns.

Shipping Address Rules
Your shipping address will be pulled from your PayPal checkout details.
You may update your address before your order is dispatched. Once the parcel has been shipped, no address or shipping method changes can be made.
